Terms of Use
Here are some rules if you are going to use my graphics. I won't hunt you down if you break them, but it would be nice if you'd follow them. =] ~Jenny
1. Please credit us if you use any of the graphics-making resources we provide (i.e. brushes, textures). Also credit us if you are going to use one of our designs as your site
layout. You don't have to credit me for using avatars, but it would be appreciated.
2. Do not take any of our graphics and claim them as your own. Me and my staff have worked hard to make them, you shouldn't get credit.
3. DO NOT DIRECT LINK! If you use the direct link that I use for my graphics (which means it is hosted on my site's ftp account) then you are stealing bandwidth from me and my host.
4. Please don't try to copy or reproduce any of the graphics. They were our ideas, and our work, copying them is not flattery! It's just another way of stealing, just your stealing our creativity.
5. Do not alter any graphics on this site, also do not use any of my layouts or avatars to make other graphics. You may use all other graphics however you want (as long as you follow the other rules).
6. Credits are there for a reason. If there are credits/links back to Seraphic Heart on any of the graphics here, leave them there. They were put their to credit those whose art/brushes/textures/photoshop skills went into making the graphic you are using.
